Washington (eTruePolitics) – Hours after it was disclosed that Donald Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani tested positive for Covid-19, the current president tweeted that he would put a hold on all payments to his longtime consigliere.
“No work, no pay,” tweeted Trump. “But if anyone’s going to get $20,000 a day it’s ME, I can tell you that.”
Insiders close to the White House said in recent weeks in addition to “paycheck envy” the fastidious president was increasingly put off by Giuliani’s habit of chewing with his mouth open.
“Rudy is totally gross,” confirmed a White House aide who explained that Giuliani’s Covid-19 diagnosis was a “dream come true for the president who now will never have to look at those goo-covered, yellow teeth again.”
