Washington (eTruePolitics) – Breaking: Admiral Joseph Maguire, acting Director of National Intelligence, was run over by a bus Thursday afternoon on Pennsylvania Ave NW, not far from the White House, eTruePolitics has learned. Maguire is at George Washington University hospital and listed in good condition.
“Melania, my wife, and I are both praying for Joe’s speedy recovery,” Trump quickly tweeted after learning of the accident which coincidentally occurred with a ‘Trump’ tour bus. “He’s a tough guy that’s why I hired him,” Trump later told reporters, adding, with a smile: “But seriously, Joey needs to watch where he’s going.”
The White House denied rumors that the current president had asked Maguire, as a personal favor, to alter his normal route home after testifying before the House Intelligence Committee at the Capitol. “Blame Waze,” said WH press secretary Stephanie Grisham.
